What is price optimization?
SaveItNow! has the ability to compare similar items to identify for you potential
products that may meet your needs for a lower price. In your shopping cart you will
see a small colored circle:
- Green: the product selected is the lowest price available from SaveItNow!
- Yellow: there are similar products available at a lower cost from SaveItNow!
- Red: the same product is available at a lower cost from SaveItNow! (occurs when multiple
wholesalers offer the same product from the same manufacturer)

How much will I pay for shipping?
All orders over $50 are free*. If your order is under $50.00 there is a $7.95 shipping fee.
*Orders that include furniture may have additional shipping fees. Please call customer service
for specific shipping information on furniture.

How can I obtain information on manufacturer’s warranty information?
The manufacturer’s warranty information should be contained with the original product. If
you are unable to find the warranty information, please visit the manufacturer’s Web site,
otherwise contact SaveItNow! and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I return a product?
To return an item, please go online at DiscoverNetwork.com/OfficeSupplies and login. From there,
select MyOrders from the Order menu. You will then see a list of all your orders. On the right
side of the page next to the correct order, select the Return Items link. You will the see the
content of your order. Please select the number of items to return and the reason. Submit the
return request. A SaveItNow! representative will contact you with a return number and instructions.

Will I be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item?
The customer is not responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. You must follow the
instructions provided by SaveItNow! to receive full credit for a returned item.

Will I be charged a fee for returning an item?
If you return an item within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. Below contains the complete return rules.

When will I get my delivery?
If your order is received before 4:30pm (ET), your order will be processed for delivery next business day.
If your order is received after 4:30pm (ET) your order will be received in two business days.*
*Certain items may require additional shipping time based upon availability and you will be notified by e-mail of any delays.
