Advanced Search

The search engine will allow a user to search for products utilizing manufacturer name, keywords, price, and manufacturer numbers. Once a search is complete, the user can sort by manufacturer, item number, description, popularity and price.

  1. Select the “Advanced Search” link (located underneath the standard search field) on your page.
  2. Type in the search criteria and select “search”.
  3. This will provide you with a detailed list of all products that fit the search.

Order From Advanced Search

  1. Once you have completed your search, you can save the items into your shopping cart by selecting “Add to Cart”.
  2. Once you have added all items to the cart and are ready to place the order, select “Check Out”.
  3. Those items are then directly added to your shopping basket where you can indicate quantities, check out or continue to browse the catalog.

Check Out Process

  1. Checking out is a three step process. This process includes verifying your payment information, ship to address, and confirming your order.
  2. You will receive two e-mail confirmations sent to the e-mail address you used to enter your user profile. The first email is your order confirmation, advising you that we have received your order. It will include the items and quantities you ordered, along with the price. The second email is sent once the order has been filled.

Order From Shopping List

  1. Click the “Shopping List” link.
  2. Choose the list you would like to shop from.
  3. Click “put items in shopping cart.”
  4. Follow the three step check out process.

Order By Item Number

  1. Go to the “Order” link and choose “Order by Item Number”.
  2. Type in the SKU number, quantity, and reference code for the items you wish to order and select “Add to Cart”.
  3. Follow the three step check out process.

Order From Shopping Cart

  1. Click the “Shopping Cart” link under the toolbar.
  2. Verify that the items in the cart are the items in which you would like to order and choose the correct reference codes.
  3. Follow the three step check out process.

Order From Past Purchases

  1. Go to the “Order” link and select “My Orders”.
  2. Select the past purchase from which you would like to order and select “reorder”. Note, the entire order will carry over to your shopping cart.
  3. Select “Check Out” and follow the three step check out process.

Create Shopping List

There are two ways to create a shopping list.

Create Shopping List via My Shopping List
  1. Go to the “Orders” drop down and select “My Shopping List”.
  2. Select “Create New Shopping List”.
  3. Add the items for which you would like to create a list.
  4. You can also remove items from your list by selecting “Edit” under the “Actions” tab.
Create Shopping List via the Shopping Cartt
  1. Once you have placed items into your shopping cart, you can create a shopping list comprised of these items.
  2. Select “Save Entire Cart as Shopping List” and name the list.
  3. You have the option of designating this list as a personal shopping list or as a shared list.
  4. Simply check the box under “View Cart” which states “Check this box to share this list to other people in your company” and it will allow all users to view and use the list.

View Order Status

To view the status of an order, go to the “Order” tab and select “My Orders”. If an order is pending approval, it will indicate “pending approval by” with the name of the approver.
